is this bartending?

Don't ask me how I come across this stuff.

This video came up in a search with the description:

At DrinksTv.com vote JC as Best Bartender in South Florida. Rate more hot bartenders on personality, cocktail, & looks at DrinksTv.com

Macallan Rocks

While this is a very complicated drink, I wondered if "JC" was a one-hit wonder.

Nope. He amazed me with this Scotch drink as well:

Glenlivet Rocks

How could you NOT vote for this guy????

"On the Rocks" means a full glass of ice, rather than just some ice, as some believe.

In England that much ice in one's whisky would be frowned upon.

Though I do think that making two videos of "On the Rocks" is a waste of bandwidth.

Damn, I've been doing it wrong all this time. I knew I was forgetting something, and ice should have been so obvious. The way he masters the ice, swiftly adding two shovels to the glass, how can I not vote for him

I prefer the hot chicks that pop up behind your links when the video ends.

If you've seen any of the other contestants on the DrinksTV website, our friend JC here has every right to win. While his associates went with the "four flavored vodkas and three Pucker schnapps" method that has proved to be so successful in the past, JC took the high road and poured two ounces of scotch in a glass.

It may not be the pinnacle of mixology, but it's definitely drinkable. My hat is off, JC, kudos to you!

And kudos again.

Why waste such fine scotch by totally diluting the flavor with all that ice. Bourbon is a much better drink to hose down with all that water.
